Our holiday park is the ideal spot to base yourself, settle in, then take in the breath taking sights of our township and surrounding region. The township of Warrnambool is situated at the end of the Great Ocean Road, only an hour’s drive from the Twelve Apostles.

Our family friendly caravan park is only a short walk to the Hopkins River, to do a spot of fishing, or water skiing. Continue past the river to the ocean and try your luck at catching sight of a Southern Right Whale (June – September). Stroll along the Promenade and enjoy some spectacular surfside views. Base yourself at our park and spend your days on a discovery tour of our wonderful town and region.

We can fill your days with outings in our region including Tower Hill – an inactive volcano, the 12 Apostles, The Otway Tree Top Walk, boat cruises and much more. You can fill your evenings with going to the speedway, seeing ‘Shipwrecked!’ the sound and laser light show, playing ten pin bowls, mini golf or seeing a movie in the towns new 3D cinema. We look forward to welcoming you to Warrnambool Holiday Park and Motel.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better park experience. The cabin was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The owners/managers were especially accommodating and kind, going out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable, including being very welcoming to us and our show dogs. That level of hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference. Everything on the property was well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed. This cabin offered the perfect balance of convenience, and great service—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We have travelled to Warrnambool twice recently with our dogs to compete in local events.
Warrnambool Holiday Park is perfect.
Such friendly hosts.
Beautifully kept grounds.
We use an ensuite site. Spotlessly clean and the shower water pressure is good and hot.
Great location. Highly recommend.

This is more than just a Holiday Park to stay at.....Lisa, Steve & Sarah make this a personal & friendly experience. They have always been extremely accommodating to myself & my dogs when I'm there, going above & beyond to make sure that ALL guests are comfortable! Always asking how our day went or if we need anything else......I will be recommending their Park to everyone!!

Neat and tidy had all you needed for a nights stay. The office staff were lovely and helpful. A playground for kids and games room plus a pool for a dip in the warmer months. Good place to crash overnight. Older facilities but tidy. No complaints.

This is not only my place to stay when I work in this area but it is my home away from home when I need a break from my home. .. Lisa and Steve are the most beautiful family to make your stay so memorable. They're beautiful people who look after this establishment so well. It is pristine in its looks, and the whole park is immaculate. They'll also give you recommendations on anything you're interested in the area. They're so friendly and make you feel so welcome. The pool is amazing, too... give it a try.. you won't be disappointed with your stay here. If you have your own caravan or need a cabin.. It is close to shops and beaches. Great location and a great family. Can not recommend this place highly enough ❤️❤️❤️
